Yuma-area schools making the grade

Although a major evaluation system affecting schools across Arizona is in a significant transition, Yuma officials say they are embracing the change.Two sets of AZ Learns labels were released Wednesday afternoon, and area schools received Legacy Labels in addition to A-F letter grades. Local superintendents reported that they were pleased with the results although they hope to improve scores in the coming years.
