Please fill out each section of the application completely. If you need to attach a written explanation, you may add it to the e-mail as an attachment when submitting your application electronically. You may also add any and all documents necessary to the application via email. If you bring your application to the school, please include any written explanations and bring the documents indicated below with you.
Information Required
The following information must be submitted in order to be considered for employment:
- Completed Application Package (including release and acknowledgement page)
- Resume
- Copy of valid DPS-issued Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Transcripts (copies are acceptable upon application, but originals are required upon offer of employment)
- Copy of Arizona Teaching Certificate (if applicable)
